Tracy is a graduate of Penn State University with a B.S. degree in Therapeutic Recreation, and she received her massage education from The Health Options in Northampton, PA and NMTI in Philadelphia. She is certified in Lifeguarding, First Aid, CPR, and AED by the American Red Cross, and she is also a certified swim instructor. Tracy has worked as a post-game player recovery specialist for the Philadelphia Eagles Team during the 2022-2023 season.

Tracy is passionate about helping her clients achieve optimal wellness through massage therapy. She specializes in deep therapeutic massage and implements a variety of techniques to address specific areas of concern. Tracy is an avid swimmer and received her first massage therapy session at the age of 11, which sparked her interest in the field and its benefits for athletes and overall well-being.

Chair massage is a quick pick-me-up during a lunchtime break that is cost-effective and does not interrupt workflow. Sessions are available in 10 or 15-minute increments.
• Therapeutic Massage: This is a combination of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage that targets specific areas of concern for the client. Slower, longer strokes are used with medium/firm pressure. This service is available in hour-long sessions.
• Home Visits: We offer home visits for clients who have their own massage table. A minimum of one hour is required for home visits.
• Corporate Chair Massage: We specialize in providing corporate chair massage services and work with many local professional sports teams administrative staff. Call us to see how we can help your staff as well.
