Erland Construction, Inc. is a construction management firm that has been dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences for over four decades. Our company was founded in 1977 by Kenneth Froeberg, who served as the President. In our first year, we oversaw a team of 12 employees and completed projects worth $5 million. Since then, we have grown significantly, with a focus on quality and client relations. By 1982, our revenue had grown to $70 million, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and our ability to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
