Aircraft Condition and Instructor Qualities
Reviews from Braeden Kilburn, Douglas, Mike T., and B. Ogilvie highlight the excellent condition of the aircraft and the quality of instruction provided by the instructors. Each of these reviewers gave the highest rating of 5 stars, indicating their exceptional experience.
Personalized Services
Ernie, who seems to be the primary instructor, is praised for providing personalized services tailored to each client's needs. Douglas mentions that Ernie is super supportive, even when faced with turbulence, and Mike T. appreciates Ernie's patient instruction.
Red Flags
However, two reviews raise concerns about Ernie's integrity. Donald Livingston gives the lowest rating of 1 star, accusing Ernie of being a fake fraud, double-billing, and failing to return owed money. Livingston also claims that Ernie tried to register a plane without paying for it.
