Lee's Pharmacy and Medical Equipment Company has been a trusted name in McAllen, Texas, for many years. We have a rich history of serving our community with dedication and a commitment to providing the best possible care. Our company began in 1952 with the opening of the original Lee's Pharmacy. In 1982, we acquired the business and have been growing and expanding our services ever since.

In 1986, we opened the Lee's Pharmacy South store, and in 1989, we expanded further with the opening of the Lee's Pharmacy North Store. With each new location, we have strived to provide our customers with the highest level of service and care. We are proud to be a part of McAllen's long history, and we are committed to continuing to serve our community for many years to come.

We are dedicated to delivering the latest technology in home infusion therapies, including Total Parental Nutrition, IV Antibiotics, Pain Management, Enteral Nutrition, and Hydration.

In addition to our home medical equipment and supplies, we also offer compounding services. Pharmacy compounding is the art and science of preparing personalized medications for patients. Compounded medications are "made from scratch" - individual ingredients are mixed together in the exact strength and dosage form required by the patient. This method allows the compounding pharmacist to work with the patient and the prescriber to customize a medication to meet the patient's specific needs. We offer compounding services for Women's Health, Men's Health, Pain Management, Veterinary, Pediatric Compounding, Dental Compounding, Dermatology Compounding, and Flavoring.
