First Visit

If you are new to acupuncture, we recommend scheduling a consultation with Carlos to discuss your health concerns and learn more about how acupuncture can help you. During your first visit, we will take a detailed health history, perform a physical examination, and develop a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your health goals.

What to Expect

During an acupuncture treatment, you will lie down on a comfortable table while thin needles are inserted into specific points on your body. The needles are gently manipulated to stimulate energy flow and promote healing. The treatment is generally relaxing and most patients report feeling a sense of calm and well-being after the treatment.
