Dance Kraze

Dance Kraze is thrilled to be entering its twelfth year of operation, offering a variety of dance classes to students of all ages and skill levels. Located in Prince George County, just minutes from Fort Lee, Colonial Heights, Petersburg, and the surrounding Tri-City area, we are committed to providing an affordable and family-friendly environment that encourages students to have fun while mastering the proper technique and terminology of various dance styles.

With over 41 years of combined dance experience and expertise among our teachers and staff, we are dedicated to sharing our love of dance with each and every student. Our school has been educating students since 2011, adhering to teaching principles that foster education and self-expression. We strive to help all students develop their skillset even further and push themselves to be the best they can be inside and outside the classroom.

Our facilities have recently expanded to include three large classrooms with suspended wood floors, ballet barres, and large mirrors. Studio A features a one-way viewing mirror for parents to observe their child's class, while our lobby area offers Wi-Fi and a Flat Screen TV. This allows us to provide a comprehensive and comfortable learning environment for our students.

Our Competition Team

The Dance Kraze Krew Competition Team has had a busy and exciting year, traveling to various competitions and showcasing their talents. This year's team consists of 25 dancers who have won numerous high score awards and judges' awards for Creative Concept, Crowd Pleasers, and Potential Plus. They will be concluding their season with a final performance at the National Competition in Virginia Beach. The dedication and hard work of the dancers and their parents have been remarkable, and we are proud to see their achievements.

Class Descriptions

At Dance Kraze, we offer a variety of classes for all ages and skill levels. Our ballet classes focus on conditioning and strengthening all muscle groups through intensive barre exercises, center floor work, and classical combinations. Our other classes include various styles such as contemporary, jazz, hip-hop, and more, designed to cater to different interests and abilities. Each class is carefully structured to ensure students have fun while learning and improving their skills.
