Our History

RWI Manufacturing was founded in 2002 by Bret Ruess and Mike Winchester as Ruess-Winchester Incorporated. Our central focus was to build a manufacturing facility capable of delivering high-quality products to specialized equipment suppliers. Over the years, we have grown to become a leading contract manufacturing specialist, offering a wide range of services including metal fabrication, finishing services, contract manufacturing, and site services.

Our Capabilities

Our state-of-the-art 40,000 square foot fabrication facility is equipped with the necessary process equipment to deliver your project. We offer fabrication services for a variety of metals and alloys, including carbon steel, stainless steel, Inconel, Hastelloy, and aluminum structural. Our experienced team is certified to AWS D1.1 and adheres to ISO 9002 requirements, ensuring that every project meets the highest industry standards.

Finishing Services

In addition to metal fabrication, we also offer a variety of finishing services to meet your exact specification. Our finishing services include painting, sandblasting, powder coating, plumbing and component assembly, insulation cladding, controls programming, field wiring and testing, and final acceptance test. We understand the importance of protecting your product from the elements or wear and tear, and our skilled team can ensure that your product looks and performs with the highest quality.

Contract Manufacturing

As a contract manufacturing specialist, we work closely with our clients to understand their unique project requirements. We offer a range of services, including OEM equipment branding, to help our clients bring their products to life.
