Delivery Issues and Poor Customer Service
Several reviewers experienced issues with flower delivery, including late or missed deliveries, and poor communication from the florist. Ron Salazar's delivery was 4 hours late, and when he called to complain, he was told to pick up the flowers himself. Pamela Gilley's flowers never arrived, and when she inquired about the status, she was told that the order may not have gone through despite receiving a confirmation email. J.E. had to call the florist multiple times to confirm delivery, and even then, the flowers took hours to arrive.
Gina Gregory's order was not delivered on time, and when she called to complain, she was given excuses and eventually hung up on. Steve Sanchez experienced poor customer service, with the florist showing no interest in answering his questions about vase sizes and flower types.
