Our founder, Shannon R. Rios, MS, LMFT, is a licensed therapist, life coach, and meditation teacher with a passion for helping others overcome life's challenges. With years of experience in the field of counseling and coaching, Shannon has developed a unique approach to personal growth and development. Her expertise lies in the areas of self-love, relationships, and family dynamics, particularly with families affected by divorce.
