John S. Rogers, Jr., President and CEO, brings over three decades of comprehensive construction experience to Dove Builders. His journey began at a young age, working alongside his father in the family's construction business. This hands-on experience instilled in him a deep understanding of the complexities and demands of the industry. After graduating from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering, Mr. Rogers honed his skills in various construction companies, gaining invaluable insights into project management, quality control, and client relations.
