Provisions Restaurant + Market is a Yakima Valley restaurant located at 2710 Terrace Heights Drive in Yakima, Washington. Our restaurant is built on a deep commitment to our local farmers and community, and we strive to provide an exceptional dining experience that showcases the best of our region's ingredients. Our story began with Executive Chef and General Manager Lindsay Park, who grew up in Yakima and attended the University of Washington and the Art Institute of Seattle. Lindsay has spent years honing her culinary skills, working at notable restaurants in Seattle, including the Harvest Vine and Purple Cafe and Wine Bar. In 2008, she returned to Yakima to join the opening team at Tony's Steakhouse. She later went on to open Geppetto's Italian Bistro and spent four years at Gasperetti's, Yakima's oldest fine dining restaurant.
Lindsay's dream of opening her own restaurant became a reality in 2017, when she joined forces with Brig and Susie Temple to create Provisions. Lindsay's passion for food is matched only by her dedication to her family, which includes her wife Amy and their three children, along with their new granddaughter, Charlie. Amy, our Assistant General Manager and Market Manager, brings her own set of skills to the table, focusing on ensuring the needs of our team members are met and overseeing the market. When not at the restaurant, Amy enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.

Food
