At Lihue Pharmacy Group, we are more than just a place to pick up your medications, we are a community wellness group. Our pharmacists and staff members are here to help you on your journey to good health. We strive to provide excellent customer service and to be the best pharmacy on Kauai.

We offer a wide range of services including immunizations, compounding, prescription management, auto-refills, refill reminder calls, medication therapy management, as well as medication organization methods including bubble packing or pillboxes. By having all of your prescriptions filled at any one of our pharmacies, it will help to keep an accurate medication record to aid in catching any harmful drug interactions, as well as to ensure you are getting the most out of your medication therapy.

Our patient-centered approach means we work with your physician to make sure that all of your health and medication needs are met.

Our Staff

Kevin Glick, PharmD, is our CEO and President. He graduated in 1976 from Oregon State University majoring in Zoology. After a year off, he applied for the pharmacy program and was accepted. In 1981, he graduated with a BS in pharmacy and applied for his California and Hawaii board exams and passed. He is currently licensed in the State of California and Hawaii.

Ashley Hori, PharmD, is our Clinical Pharmacist. She graduated from Hawaii Pacific University Honolulu, HI from 2001-2006 and the University of Hawaii at Hilo College of Pharmacy from 2007-2011. She has worked for Lihue Pharmacy Group since 2012.

KristiAnne Auau, PharmD, is our Pharmacist-in-Charge at Lihue Clinic Pharmacy. She completed her undergraduate studies at Kauai -Community College and the University of Hawaii at Hilo, and then earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) at the University of Hawaii at Hilo Daniel K. Inouye College of Pharmacy.
