SES is a leading provider of quality environmental services, dedicated to protecting the health and wellbeing of the general population. Founded in 1993, we have built our reputation on the principle that experienced professionals deliver superior service. Our original focus on government clients, such as the Georgia Department of Transportation and the Georgia Department of Corrections, has expanded to include banks, law firms, property management firms, property developers, and industry leaders. With offices in Roswell, GA, Matthews, NC, and Sunrise, FL, our accomplished staff of over 80 professionals is committed to providing excellent service with a constant sense of urgency.

Our Staff

At SES, we have selectively hired accomplished staff with a minimum of five years of experience. Most of our staff members hold advanced degrees and/or professional registrations, and they are familiar with regulatory requirements and have ongoing relationships with various government regulatory personnel. Our team of over 20 professionals in the Atlanta area and over 60 nationwide is dedicated to providing a credible and successful solution to a variety of environmental issues.

At SES, we offer a range of comprehensive environmental services to help our clients manage environmental risk, no matter the size.

Mold Prevention

Our mold prevention services are designed to help our clients stay ahead of the problem by mitigating mold amplification and limiting adverse health impacts in a timely and effective manner.

Mold Remediation

Our mold remediation services aim to limit adverse health effects in response to fungal exposure in a variety of settings, including apartment homes, assisted living facilities, student housing, and hotels. We remove all visible organic growth through building material replacement or mechanical abrasion and fungicide application.

Phase I ESA

Our Phase I ESA services provide a simple solution to help identify environmental liabilities, making sure that a full Environmental Assessment can be carried out to help evaluate and improve industrial, commercial, and multi-familial properties as and when needed.

Indoor Air Quality

Our indoor air quality services include source identification for nosocomial infections and causal determination for sick building syndrome, as well as the evaluation of indoor air to determine the presence of chemicals or concerns.
