Enhanced Assisted Living

Our new Enhanced Assisted Living program provides short-term care and support to individuals who require additional assistance after in-patient rehabilitation stays. Our program offers 24/7 on-site staff, medication management, and meal preparation, allowing our patients to focus on their recovery and wellness.

Memory Care

Our Memory Care program is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Our trained staff work closely with each patient to create personalized care plans that cater to their unique needs and abilities.

Home Health Care

At Sunshine Health Facilities, we understand the importance of providing high-quality care in the comfort of our patients' own homes. Our Home Health Care program offers Medicare-certified services, including home health aides, medical social workers, and rehabilitative therapists.

Behavioral Health

Our Behavioral Health program provides residential and in-patient services for individuals struggling with mental health issues. Our experienced staff work closely with each patient to develop personalized treatment plans and support them on their journey to recovery.

Adult Family Homes

Our Adult Family Homes provide a safe and welcoming environment for seniors who require assisted living services. Our staff work closely with each resident to provide personalized care and support, allowing them to maintain their independence and dignity.
