• Acrylic Hybrid: This versatile coating technology platform delivers exceptional performance and meets key specifications up to AAMA 2605 and 625, making it ideal for demanding architectural applications. Its durability, color stability, and resistance to environmental factors ensure long-lasting protection and aesthetic appeal.
• Bonded Metallic: Achieve stunning metallic finishes with our Bonded Metallic powder coatings. These coatings offer a unique blend of functionality and aesthetics, adding a touch of elegance and sophistication to any project.
• Epoxy: For applications demanding exceptional chemical and abrasion resistance, our Epoxy powder coatings are the ideal choice. They provide a robust barrier against harsh environments, protecting surfaces from stains, corrosion, and degradation.
• High Heat (Silicone) / FDA Compliant: Our specialized Silicone resin-based powder coatings offer exceptional heat resistance, reaching up to 1200°F. They are suitable for a wide range of applications, including automotive components, heating appliances, and industrial equipment.

• We also offer FDA compliant coatings specifically designed for direct and indirect food contact applications, ensuring safety and peace of mind.
• Hybrid: Presenting the perfect balance between Epoxy and Polyester, this hybrid technology excels in applications requiring both durability and color stability. Ideal for display shelving and indoor appliances, it delivers a long-lasting and aesthetically pleasing finish.

• Non TGIC Polyester: This coating utilizes a Primid-type curing agent, offering a viable alternative to traditional TGIC curing systems. While its usage has declined due to appearance limitations at heavier film thicknesses, it remains suitable for specific applications.
• Polyester TGIC: Known for its exceptional weatherability, toughness, and color stability, this is a versatile option ideal for exterior applications. It is highly forgiving, allowing for flexibility in both cure temperatures and dwell times. While best at film thicknesses of 1.5 mils and above, it can be "post formed" with proper tooling setups.

• Polyester Urethane: Utilizing a unique formulation, this coating delivers exceptional leveling, smoothness, and gloss. It creates a hard, durable surface with superior chemical resistance, making it suitable for applications requiring both aesthetics and protection.
• Super Durable Polyester TGIC: Referred to as Enhanced Polyester, our AmeriShield Super Durable line exceeds performance requirements defined by AAMA 2604 and 624 specifications for exterior aluminum and fiberglass architectural trim and components. These powders exhibit superior hardness and "stucco resistance" when compared to traditional Kynar resin-based systems. We proudly offer a Five Year Limited Warranty on these exceptional coatings for applicators utilizing approved and qualified processes.
