Our mission is to use the practice of law to help low-income families in Delaware, emphasizing the protection of those rights that are crucial to the viability of a stable family. We strive to meet this goal by working to protect families' rights in the areas of safe and affordable housing, financial stability, and consumer protection.

Our Services

At Legal Services Corporation of Delaware, Inc., we offer a wide range of legal services to low-income individuals and families in Delaware. Our experienced attorneys and paralegals provide free legal advice and assistance to those who cannot afford a private attorney. We handle only civil cases and do not handle any criminal matters. Our services include bankruptcy/debtor relief, consumer protection, housing, and work and unemployment-related issues. We also provide self-help forms and sample letters for clients to use in regards to landlord-tenant, consumer, and other legal problems.
