We offer a wide range of home health care services, including skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and certified home health aide services. Our medical social workers are also available to provide mental health services and high-risk pregnancy care. Our therapies include Anodyne Therapy, IV therapy, enteral feedings, phlebotomy, Foley catheter care/changes, wound care and dressing changes, nutritional assessment, and disease management/teaching, among others.

Our Services

Our skilled nursing services are provided by registered nurses and licensed practical nurses who are trained to provide a wide range of medical services in the comfort of our clients' homes. Our nursing services include blood pressure and pulse assessment, respiration assessment, diabetes assessment and teaching, and wound care and dressing changes. We also provide Foley catheter care/changes, phlebotomy, and Anodyne therapy for wound care and pain therapy.

Our physical therapy services are designed to help our clients recover from injuries, illnesses, and surgeries. Our physical therapists provide strengthening, ROM (range of motion), and therapeutic exercises to help our clients regain mobility and strength. We also provide disease management/teaching and personal care/hygiene services.

Our occupational therapy services are designed to help our clients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. Our occupational therapists provide assessments and teachings on activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. We also provide assessments and teachings on instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and money management.

Our speech therapy services are designed to help our clients with communication disorders, such as aphasia, dysarthria, and apraxia. Our speech therapists provide assessments, teachings, and therapies to help our clients communicate effectively.

Our certified home health aide services are provided by trained and compassionate caregivers who are dedicated to providing high-quality home health care services. Our home health aides provide personal care/hygiene services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. They also provide health care outreach programs, such as medication reminders and vital sign monitoring.

Our medical social worker services are designed to help our clients and their families cope with the challenges of illness, injury, and disability. Our medical social workers provide mental health services, high-risk pregnancy care, and disease management/teaching services.
