Inside Mak Medical Building at 4200 18th Street, Suite 204 in San Francisco's Castro district, shared with Prana Holistic Center.
What are your current operating hours?
Open Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:30 AM to 5 PM for appointments.
Can you accommodate group bookings?
Single room practice sees one client at a time, but consecutive appointments can be scheduled with cleaning intervals.
What is your cancellation policy?
24-hour notice required; full appointment fee charged for late cancellations or no-shows except for medical emergencies.
Is credit card payment mandatory?
Credit card required to book appointments, but charges only occur after service completion unless cancellation policies are violated.
