Our Beginnings and Values

Founded in 1996 by Rich Smith, Tri-State Powersports began as a small parts and accessories retailer. Recognizing the growing passion for off-road and street riding in the region, Mark and Marla Pendeville took the helm in 2013. Recognizing the need for a larger, more comprehensive offering, they moved the business to its current location in Slovan, Pennsylvania, and in 2014, adopted the name Tri-State Powersports.
