Our History
Founded in Georgetown by Charlie Steger and Don Bizzell in 1972, our multi-disciplined civil engineering firm has grown to employ licensed professionals with backgrounds in civil engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and land surveying. With over 22,000 projects completed for our governmental and private clients, our expertise covers a wide range of disciplines including hydraulic and hydro-logic analysis, floodplain mapping, transportation, water & wastewater utilities, planning and site design, and surveying.
