Founded in 2007 by Jim Graham, Phoenix Home Health boasts over 15 years of experience in providing comprehensive home healthcare services to the Oklahoma City metro area. Our team comprises over 300 skilled professionals, including:

• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
• Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs)
