Advance Aluminum Awning Co., now proudly operated by the third and fourth generations of the Anderson family, boasts a rich legacy spanning over six decades. Founded in 1951 by Jack Kanel, a Polish immigrant who fled the horrors of World War II, the company began its journey as a small family-owned business in Southern California. Jack's entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering commitment to quality forged the foundation upon which Advance Aluminum Awning Co. has consistently thrived.

In 1984, Jack passed the torch to Victor Anderson Jr., who, along with his sons Victor III and grandson Victor IV, steered the company towards continued success. Victor III, known affectionately as V3, is presently the vice president, and V4, the company's current general manager, deeply embodies the same values of excellence and customer satisfaction instilled by his predecessors.
