Our Story

Our roots run deep, with a rich history that dates back to the 1960s when Harvel Wood, Craig's father, bought a 250-acre plot on Green Bluff. Today, we're proud to continue his legacy, using our farm to grow a wide range of ingredients that find their way into our beer and onto our tables. Our backgrounds in biology, chemistry, and farming give us a unique perspective on the brewing process, allowing us to craft beers that are both scientifically accurate and bursting with flavor.
