Since opening our doors in 1996, VIE CONSTRUCTION has been driven by a singular mission: client satisfaction. As a family-run business, we have meticulously honed our craft for over 25 years, always striving to deliver high-quality results and peace of mind to every client. Our journey began with Glenn Neighbour Jr., who developed a passion for construction at a young age. Growing up surrounded by the sights and sounds of building sites, he learned the value of hard work and the intricacies of crafting solid structures. This early exposure laid the groundwork for his future success as a builder. After completing his education, Glenn returned to his roots, working as a project manager and acquiring his real estate license, where he further honed his skills and understanding of the industry.

Then, in 1996, he and his wife, Stephanie, a Greensboro native with a background in drafting and art, joined forces. Together, they established VIE CONSTRUCTION, combining Glenn's construction expertise with Stephanie's artistic vision. They embarked on a journey to design and build award-winning speculative homes, showcasing their unique blend of functionality and aesthetic appeal. Later, they expanded their services to include custom home design and construction, renovations, and property management.

Their commitment to excellence and their dedication to creating spaces that truly resonate with their clients have propelled VIE CONSTRUCTION to become a trusted name in the community.
