Borregard, we have enjoyed more than two decades of experience in the construction industry in the state of Florida. Our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and timely project completion has made us a trusted name in the industry.

Our team is led by Mr. Borregard, who holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida. He is also a Certified General Contractor and a licensed real estate salesman in the state of Florida. With over 27 years of experience, Mr. Borregard has worked on a variety of projects including wastewater treatment plants, office and industrial buildings, adult congregate living facilities, retail centers, church buildings, and commercial renovation work.

• Construction Consulting: Contract Administration including planning, coordinating, and controlling your project from inception to completion to meet your needs and provide a financially functional and quality project.
• Quality Management: Providing management structure through project team organizing, leading through project controls, developing communication protocols, and identifying elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims allows us to adhere to our commitment to quality and craftsmanship, a timely schedule, and budget.

Our Projects

Throughout our history, we have completed numerous projects that showcase our expertise and commitment to quality. Some of our notable projects include offices for Microsoft, several projects for Calvary Chapel, and multiple Adult Congregate Living Facilities for ALTERRA Healthcare, Inc. These projects ranged from $1.5 to $5.1 million dollars. We continue to provide General Contracting Services for healthcare clients such as Encore Healthcare, Inc.
