Established by Judy and Jim Marksbury, lifelong Yorkshire Terrier enthusiasts and breeders, Happy Tails was born from a desire to create a welcoming haven for pets while their human companions are away. With over three decades of experience in handling, showing, and raising these beloved terriers, the Marksburys understand the unique needs of animals and strive to provide a personalized experience for each guest.

At Happy Tails, we firmly believe that pets are family, and we treat them as such. Unlike traditional kennels, our resort is situated adjacent to the Marksbury residence, allowing for 24/7 supervision and constant attention. This intimate setting ensures that every pet receives individual care and a remarkable experience during their stay.
