Our Physician Profiles
Caitlin Burzynski, M.D.
Dr. Burzynski completed her pediatric residency at the University of Rochester and joined our team at Long Pond Pediatrics in August 2021. With a passion for increasing accessibility to outdoor experiences for children, she and her husband enjoy cooking, yoga, taking their dog for long walks, rock-climbing, cross-country skiing, and spending time outdoors.
Mathew Empie, M.D.
Dr. Empie is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP), a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP), and a clinical instructor at the University of Rochester. Committed to the Rochester community and its children, he joined Long Pond Pediatrics in the summer of 2006. In his free time, he enjoys racquet sports, skiing, music, classical literature, drawing, and pottery.
Sarah Leddy, MD
Dr. Leddy joined the practice in July of 1991. With a strong passion for pediatrics, she has spent her career focusing on child-focused health care. When not working, she enjoys hiking, canoeing, x-country skiing, and cooking.
Elizabeth O'Brien, MD
Dr. O'Brien joined the practice in April of 1998. With a background in family medicine, she is dedicated to providing comprehensive care to her young patients. In her free time, she enjoys running and gardening.
Diana Williams, MD
Dr. Williams joined Long Pond Pediatrics in August 1994 after completing her pediatric residency training. With a strong background in chemistry, she has spent her career focusing on pediatrics. In her free time, she enjoys reading, learning new languages, and exploring the great outdoors.
