Welcome to Seven Acres RV Park, a 55+ community located just 1 mile north of historic Dade City, Florida, on US 301. We offer a variety of services and amenities to make your stay with us comfortable and enjoyable. Our community is designed for seniors and adults who appreciate peace and quiet, but also enjoy meeting new people and participating in group activities.

Our Services

We offer many lot sizes ranging from 30'x50' to 45'x65', all with full water, sewer, and electric hook-ups. Our sites are also equipped with 24/7 accessible mailboxes and laundry facilities. Additionally, we have an Amerigas propane-filling station and a labeled trash/recycling area. We also provide a variety of recreational activities, including Bingo, Arts & Crafts, Card Night, Karaoke & Jam Sessions, and Potluck Dinners, among others. Our calendar is filled with events throughout the active seasons, ensuring there's always something to do.

Amenities

Our park features a heated pool, pool table, horse shoes, shuffleboard, Bocce Ball, and a putting green. We are also a gated community for added security. We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates for our lots, making it easy to find an option that fits your needs.
