Poor Customer Service and Experience
Several reviewers expressed dissatisfaction with their experience with Simonik Moving & Storage. Author Heather Kennedy rated the company 1 star, stating that her final bill was higher than the estimate and that she had yet to receive a refund despite sending a follow-up email. Author Jeanne Marie Pittel Sedlak experienced a traumatic incident when the movers broke into their lock box and stole valuables, including a diamond anniversary ring and necklaces containing her father's ashes.
