Our History

Surety Title Service originated in Enid, Oklahoma in 1976, primarily serving the northwestern portion of the state. As banks and financial institutions began to expand their customer base through branch banking and internet applications, we recognized the need to provide statewide service. Since the late eighties, we have formed research teams based in three strategic locations: Oklahoma City, Tulsa, and Enid. This expansion has allowed us to provide services in all 77 counties of Oklahoma.

Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service. Our executive team includes Dennette Ray, Co-owner and Office Manager; Randy Ray, Co-owner and Researcher for Northern Oklahoma; Landon Ray, President and Researcher for the Tulsa Area; and Loretta Ball, Company Founder and Lead Researcher. Our research team is spread across the state, ensuring that we can provide timely and accurate title reports.
