Oxnard Family Circle has been dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors and disabled adults since July 2002. Our Adult Day Health Care Center provides personalized care through programs like Enhanced Care Management, Memory Care, and Veterans' Services, designed to extend independence and dignity. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates with families, physicians, and the community to address physical, mental, and emotional needs. We specialize in therapeutic activities, medical monitoring, and respite care, serving Ventura County's diverse population. With transportation services covering all areas of Ventura County, we ensure accessibility for seniors to receive comprehensive care. Our commitment to quality is reflected in our partnerships with local organizations, including the Oxnard Veteran Clinic and Veteran Service Office.

By addressing social determinants of health, such as housing and nutrition, we provide holistic support that improves long-term outcomes. Our facility offers two home-cooked meals daily, skilled nursing staff, and specialized programs for conditions like diabetes and dementia. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, engaging environment where seniors can socialize, participate in recreational activities, and maintain their independence.
