Our story began in 1973 when Fred Szczesniak, the founder of Buffalo Party Rental, started a catering company called Deluxe Catering. In 1978, Fred ventured into the table and chair rental business and purchased Buffalo Chair Service from Dan Rubino. In 1981, he purchased his second rental store, Victor Rental, from Sal and Tony Mastrata. Today, the company is run by Dennis Kuzma and Christopher Czajka, who have been with the company since the early 1980s.

Party Rentals
At Buffalo Party Rental, we understand that every event is unique, and so are the items you may need. That's why we carry over 20 different styles of tables and over 5 different styles of chairs, china, glassware, flatware, linen, dance floors, stages, pipe & drape, even frozen drink machines to give you a glimpse of our inventory. Tent Rentals
Living in Western New York, we face all types of weather. Renting a tent can make sure your event goes off without a hitch, regardless of the weather. It provides cool shade on a hot, sunny day, keeps you dry when it rains, and with added sidewalls, can shield you from fierce wind. All of our tent pricing includes standard installation, and we offer both pole tents and frame tents in a variety of widths and lengths to accommodate your needs.
Catering Rentals
One of the most important components of many special events is the food. Whatever your catering challenges may be, we are here to help. We carry everything from ovens to plate covers for more extravagant events, to fryers and carving stations for your church's lawn fete or town tasting.
