Apartment Features

Our newly renovated apartments are equipped with high-end finishes and modern appliances. Each apartment features a full-size washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, walk-in showers in primary bathrooms, white shaker-style cabinetry, wood-inspired vinyl flooring throughout, central heat and air, and reserved carport parking. Furthermore, we offer additional features such as built-in desks, quartz countertops, nest thermostats, kitchen backsplashes, patios or balconies, and barn doors.

Pet Policy

At Tatum Place, we welcome pets and offer a pet-friendly environment. Our pet policy allows up to two pets per apartment with a maximum weight of 45 pounds. We charge a one-time pet fee of $300 due at move-in and a monthly pet fee of $25 per pet. However, breed restrictions do apply.

Parking Details

Each apartment at Tatum Place comes with reserved carport parking included. Additionally, we offer off-street parking for our residents' convenience.
