Our journey began when our founder, Kenneth Clingerman, ventured into the construction business after high school. He started his own masonry business and later expanded into residential driveways and excavation work. In 1990, he began offering seal coating services for parking lots and driveways. As the business grew, we built our company garage and office in Everett, PA, which remains our headquarters to this day.
