Our Story

Cipher Tech Solutions, Inc. was founded in 2006 by two engineering students from Northeastern University who were passionate about national security, software development, and entrepreneurship. With a strong desire to bridge the gap between the nation's best academics and the defense community, we have since become a fierce competitor in the industry. Today, our company takes great pride in supporting mission-critical projects within the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community.

Our Services

At Cipher Tech, we specialize in providing cutting-edge digital forensics and malware reverse engineering services to our clients. Our team of highly skilled software developers writes production tools that directly support federal and military law enforcement, counter-intelligence, and counter-terrorist activities.

Our digital forensics services involve the application of computer science and investigative procedures to extract and process evidence from various digital media, such as computers, phones, tablets, cameras, flash drives, and more. The results of our work are then used to support federal and military law enforcement, counter-intelligence, and counter-terrorist activities.

Our malware reverse engineering services involve the analysis of extremely advanced malicious code. Our goal is to understand how malicious code works and determine things like how it infected the victim's computer, what kind of information it's seeking to steal, how it's communicating with the author, and who that author might be.

Matthew co-founded Cipher Tech in 2006 and serves as the Chief Technical Officer. With a strong technical background in electrical engineering and computer science, Matthew is responsible for the company's technical direction.
