Prime Appliance Repair

Prime Appliance Repair was established to help homeowners restore the performance of essential household appliances through skilled workmanship and dependable service. With more than 15 years of experience, we serve customers across North Carolina and South Carolina, including Charlotte and nearby communities such as Matthews, Huntersville, Waxhaw, Belmont, Clover, and Mint Hill. Our business developed from one technician operating a fully equipped service van into a growing team supported by multiple vehicles and a dedicated parts warehouse. During our first year alone, we successfully repaired more than 600 appliances. Today, we address mechanical, electrical, heating, cooling, drainage, and operational problems affecting washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, ovens, cooktops, stoves, ice makers, and garbage disposals.

Our approach combines manufacturer-approved replacement components with careful troubleshooting and thorough testing. We maintain an inventory of original parts for major appliance brands, including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Bosch, Haier, and Sub-Zero, allowing us to offer same-day repair services. Customers receive clear pricing before repairs proceed, without concealed charges or unexpected emergency fees. Our certified technicians complete ongoing factory training, observe strict safety practices, and work carefully to protect residential interiors. We also remove repair debris and arrange responsible recycling through EPA-certified partners.
