I had a challenging dishwasher issue that required a different hose than what was initially installed with my last dishwasher. I also had issues with space and a frozen water turn-off valve. It was a pleasure working with the owner of the company and all issues were resolved in less than an hour. I will definitely call them again with any plumbing issues I might have.

I had an apparent water leak outside near my back door, the water meter indicated a 10 gal/hour leak. Montana with Precision Plumbing arrived within an hour of my call. He immediately noticed a hose bibb 20 feet away leaking a slow, steady stream. The water had run underground, under a concrete slab and surfaced 20 feet away. Tightened down the hose bibb handle and verified the leak had stopped by checking the water meter. Thanks Precision, I'll definitely use you in the future.

We need the water heater replaced as it was 20yrs old. Was running great but concerned it may give out or start leaking. I got a couple of quotes on a new water heater as well as installation. Checked with a local plumbing company as well buying through a large retail store. Was shocked to see the cost of installation. I have replaced water heaters in other locations but never this high. Thought Eugene, OR was just high. By luck I called Precision Plumbing expecting the same. They gave a great rate for installation only and for both installation and water heater. Lets say it was A LOT of savings. Went with them for both! Great support from their technician Roy who came on time and did a great job swapping it out. Keeping their number for future needs. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!.

We had a great experience with Precision Plumbing. First visit, Roy gave us an evaluation after he viewed the sewer line through the camera. On the second visit, he descaled the pipes and found it to be in better shape than we had thought. We feel as though we dodged a bullet. We will use Precision plumbing going forward.
