Bryan Henley started the business in San Bernardino, California, as a one-person operation, guided by the belief that service makes a difference. Just wanted to thank David and RJ for their efficient response and service. I called yesterday morning and their customer service representative was able to send out plumbers in as little as 2-3 hours. I shortly after received a text with the name and picture of the plumber who would show up to assist me. Thats a great feature for security purposes. David also sent me a text message when he was arriving. He assessed the situation and quickly gave me a quote, luckily for me the work was completed all in one day. Can't praise this plumbing service enough. This is my second time and they are professional. On the first call we had a shower issue on a holiday weekend and they came out right away. I had one toilet install and another toilet fixed and faucet change on the sink. All was done nicely. Billy was the plumber that did it all. He had a clean work environment and was efficient with his time. My husband and I will only use Henley plumbing service for future plumbing needs. Their workers are friendly, curious and professional.

Had amazing service from technicians David and Cervantae. We had a stressful situation with a leak in the home and issues with a previous plumber. Quick service! We were able to get an appt within 24 hours and get the problem fixed. Joshua was super helpful and respectful. We have a new baby in the house and he was very considerate of him sleeping in the room nearby. He let me know when it would get noisy so we could be prepared. While no one ever wants to need a plumber, we would definitely use Henleys again in the future!

David and Ty with Henley's Plumbing and Air replaced a hot water heater recently. They did a fantastic job removing the old tank and they replaced EVERY part (hoses, pipes) to ensure the unit would be problem-free for years. They explained what they were doing throughout, were highly professional, and they were very skilled in their work. I commend them and Henley's for being so attentive and responsive. They cleaned up after themselves and even answered a question after hours. VERY customer-focused.

Leo came out to our house to find a leak for us. Located it fast, got us water back in the house. He was very friendly, fast and helpful. You can tell hes very knowledgeable at what he does. He was masked up as he approached us and worked. And everything was great quality. We were very happy with his work. This is our second time using bhi plumbing so anytime we have an issue they can fix we call them for their honesty and trust to fix the problem. Thank you so much!!
