I had an electronic access control system installed at my office in April 2025. Zach showed up right on time, verified all the hardware, then quickly and cleanly modified the door frame, installed the lock, in/out readers, and a doorposition sensor. He wired everything back to the controller, ran a full system test, and walked me through how it all works. The installation was flawless, the system is performing perfectly, and Zach was professional, efficient, and detailoriented the entire time. Highly recommend!

When another IT partner was falling well below our expectations on getting cables ran for the new camera system Umbrella Tech was set to install, Tom offered his counsel and eventually stepped up to offer his team take over the nightmare-ish cabling work. Zach & Hugo were on top of the project from start to finish. They were on time, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, organized, and efficient. Where the other IT team needed things constantly repeated and wasted our time, Umbrella was fire-and-forget.
