Fiesta Orthodontics is a doctor-owned orthodontic practice providing care in both West San Antonio and East San Antonio. Our team is directed by Dr. Fateh Arslan, a board-certified orthodontist and biomechanics specialist, with Dr. Ayla Idilbi providing experienced, patient-centered family orthodontic care. We use advanced digital technology to develop personalized treatment for children, teenagers, and adults. Our orthodontic services cover metal braces, clear ceramic braces, Invisalign, Angel Aligners, airway correction with expanders and growth-guidance appliances, adult orthodontics, treatment for children and teens beginning around age six, and care for TMJ disorders and related discomfort. We also provide individualized solutions for complex orthodontic needs.
Two San Antonio offices make our services accessible on Shaenfield Rd and Summer Fest Dr. At both locations, we emphasize comfort, personalized attention, welcoming surroundings, flexible scheduling, and convenient hours. Full orthodontic treatment is offered at $3,800 to $6,500, with financing available from $300 down and 0% APR options. Patients may begin treatment the same day when appropriate and can schedule a free consultation. Our professional affiliations include the ADA and AAO, while Dr. Arslan is a diplomate of the ABO, AAO, ADA, and Texas Dental Association. Through our individualized approach, we seek to support healthy development, confident smiles, and long-term oral health for families throughout West and East San Antonio.

Services
We provide clear aligner treatment through Invisalign for patients who want a discreet and convenient way to address orthodontic concerns. Aligners are custom-made and can be removed during meals, brushing, and flossing, making daily care more manageable. Our team follows each patients progress closely and adjusts appointments or aligner schedules according to treatment needs. 
We provide comprehensive orthodontic treatment with braces to gradually reposition teeth and improve dental alignment. Our options include traditional metal braces, clear ceramic braces, and Invisalign clear aligners, allowing treatment to address misalignment, overcrowding, gaps, and bite irregularities. We create personalized treatment plans based on each patients dental structure, needs, and goals, with retainers used after treatment to maintain alignment. 
We offer individualized treatment for overbites, with the appropriate method determined through careful examination and accurate measurements. Braces can gradually reposition teeth, while Invisalign clear aligners may be suitable for mild to moderate cases. If an overbite results from an imbalance in jaw structure, surgical treatment may be recommended alongside orthodontic care. 
We diagnose and treat underbites by evaluating how the upper and lower teeth and jaws align. Our approach considers the severity and contributing factors, including genetics, mouth breathing, and jaw development. Treatment may include braces, clear aligners, palatal expanders, or reverse-pull headgear. Severe cases may require collaboration with oral surgeons for surgical treatment. 
We provide jaw surgery to correct structural and alignment problems that orthodontic treatment alone cannot resolve. Our approach addresses concerns involving chewing, speech, swallowing, breathing, and jaw discomfort while also improving facial symmetry and proportions. Preparation may include orthodontic treatment, diagnostic imaging, and surgical consultations. Comprehensive aftercare supports healing, comfort, and long-term results.

Fiesta Orthodontic has been amazing! On every appointment there is never no wait time, always appointment promised. Both Orthodontics have always answered all of our questions and are very kind & respectful! The place is always clean & kid friendly. There has been times I had to bring my 3 year old & 10 year old and the staff has always been nice to them. They place us in a space where the kids can play with the toys they provide. Their payment plans are affordable and they work with you even when you cant make it on time. I dont know what else to say other than they are amazing! I love that this is a family owned business the most! I look forward to seeing my final results. My results have already shown monthly. Im very satisfied

5 stars isn't enough for the amazing team at Fiesta orthodontics From the moment we walk in, we were greeted with a warm smile and made to feel at ease. The staff is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about their patients in every process. My daughter went in nervous and all that changed after meeting everyone in the office. The office is modern, clean, and well-organized. They use the latest technology to ensure you receive the best care possible. We couldnt be happier with this experience.

By far the best experience Ive had! Its really hard to find a place where everyone is nice, friendly and professional. From the front staff, to the assistants to the Drs. I am always greeted as soon as I walk in. They are very quick but never rushed. They take their time to ask if I have questions before and after. Staff seem like they all get along very well amongst each other which is always nice to see. They all are always in great spirits, helping each other. You will love it here!
