I had a really great experience with Dr. Lusine Paramazyan. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. Exceptional service at Perfect Smile by Dr Lusine Paramazyan and assistant nurse Mariam. Well beyond expectations.
I had an emergency and stopped by with no appointment- the staff at reception was more than helpful and willing to accommodate treatment regardless of very tight appointment schedule. Dr Lusine showed perfect patient care right away, with detailed but very clear and easy-to-grasp explanation of what is seen on x-ray image. You can tell you're in good hands, proven later by her professionalism and decades of experience.
Having been to many dentists in different parts of the world before, I can tell that Dr Lusine was unmatched while working on my tooth. Her and assistant Mariam's attention to detail and patient care are second to none. Nurse Mariam was great and extremely helpful as well.

My experience with this clinic has been amazing from the start, the place itself is clean, organized and modern. The receptionist staff is great and friendly and always answering the phone.
However the reason why I decided to switch from my other clinic was Dr. Khachik Arshakyan, him and his wife work together and he was the most caring and throughout dentist experience I've had in Armenia so far. You truly feel safe and cared for with him, and he explains every process he does in detail and his work is professional and also fast.
I had two composites that were done amazingly well and they are not even visible, I had also had a great cleaning experience with their AirFlow system and I also had two cavities filled on the same day in a matter of an hour with amazing quality fillings.
Overall I highly recommend this clinic and especially Dr. Khachik for an experience that is careful, throughout and professional and pain free.

I don't know anything about dentistry. Dr. Khachik Arshakyan is a great guy who also speaks English pretty well. I had a complicated case, as told by different doctors. I had to do a retreatment of my previously done root canal. I was told by Dr. Khachik here that the process will be very painful, but it was unbearable. Fortunately, in the end, after more than a week of going and coming, and after an extreme case of abscess, he resolved the case and enabled me to keep my tooth for a few more months/years. Thank you, Dr. Khachik Arshakyan.

I brought my son for his teeth filling and cleaning and sealant to make sure his teeth are further protected. Doctor Tigran recommended us to Doctor Sergei who does a fantastic job with children! He made sure to make my son feel so calm and relaxed during the procedure and made sure he was ok the entire time. I am glad Ive found a new dentist -friend to our son!
