The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. As a bonus, we were traveling with a child in a car seat and they just drove us to drop off in the rental car so we did not need to move the car seat. The Kia rio we rented was in great shape. It had CarPlay that made navigation in an unfamiliar environment very smooth. Overall, excellent service!! Thank you!

I've been using SNA for my car rental needs every month for over a year. It's fast friendly service at an amazing price. The cars are all clean and in perfect condition. The pick up process is easy. They're less than a mile from the airport so you wait about 5 minutes after your phone call and they're there. When you drop off your vehicle, you leave your luggage in the car and they drop you off right at your terminal. I highly recommend SNA Auto Rental!

Absolutely amazing experience, I showed up to another rental service that I had booked 3 months in advance. When I showed up they could not rent me the car for technical difficulties, SNA stepped up and had me off with a car within an hour that ended up being $100 cheaper overall. The shuttle drivers are extremely friendly as well. 10/10 I recommend to all.

I cannot recommend SNA Auto Rental enough! Our pickup from the airport was fast and smooth. When we got to the agency, our car was waiting ready to go and Jose loaded our luggage into the car for us, so nice. We did a thorough multi point inspection of the car before driving away. No problems with the car while we were there for the week! Drop off was just as smooth, as soon we we brought the car back, I should add they allowed us a later return time, our credit card was refunded for the deposit and we were driven back to the airport. Everyone we encountered from this company was fabulous. Will book with them everytime going forward. Thank you all!!

I came to the airport and they didnt have my rental and all rental car companies were booked. I called SNA. I dont even know where to begin. They came to the airport and picked me up in less than 10 minutes. As soon as I got in the car they were jovial and happy. Tell me the last time you rented a car and the person at the counter was happy? It was an amazing experience and when I came back I forgot to put fuel in. They shrugged their shoulders and said there is a chevron down the street if you want to fill it so you dont pay extra. I didnt even know what to say. I am only going to use these guys when I am out in Irvine. Look nowhere else and only all over the country. Super good people.

Best experience ever for a car rental place! Short wait for pickup at the airport after calling. Car was ready at office and they even put my luggage in trunk. I don't think I was at the office more than 10 minutes to sign papers and inspect the car. Car was clean and drove great. Drop-off was even less time and they drove me back to airport. Everything was so efficient. Great prices, too. Loved it!

INCREDIBLE! At first, I thought SNA Rental was too good to be true! The cost was about half of the big boys so I was certain when I arrived they would tell me the car wasnt available, or theyd try to up charge me, or the car would be an embarrassment to drive. Quite the opposite! Its the BEST car rental experience Ive ever had. They picked me up at the airport in 5-7 minutes just like they said they would. All personnel were very friendly and respectful. They had me on the road in two minutesand the car was better than some Ive rented with other mainstream rental companies.
SNA Auto Rental is the only car rental company at John Wayne airport you should use and youll be supporting a small local business.
I've noticed the few reviews that are not 5 stars were posted by "Local Guides" and one in particular posted by Dave Capkovitz mentions "garage" and "fast-pass" making me think he selected this car rental company by mistake: it's a small business with no garage or fast-pass or (at least not that I experienced).

AWESOME!! These guys came to my rescue and will forever be the company I rent from in So Cal! I had a reservation with a company to pick up at the airport. When I got to the counter they said they had no cars and it would be a 3-4 hour wait - to my luck, I was directed to SNA Auto. They picked me and my son up at the airport within 5 minutes of a call. As soon as I got there it took maybe 10 minutes at most to sign paperwork, get a car and on my way. Upon return, they did a quick check over and dropped us back at the airport. No hassle, no pushy upgrades. Super simple, great customer service!!
