Our family (of moderate income) has called on Sullivan Plumbing for many years to help us with various jobs. We love working with Sullivan and have never been sorry. It is very comforting to know that they have always been right there for us in an emergency.Amy in the office is caring and sets up help for us right away. Kody Prosser is usually the one to help us. He has worked with us on big jobs and small ones. He is conscientious about researching to find us the best value and product and he is an expert plumber. We have never had any problems after he has finished a job. Kody usually brings Johnny to assist. They both are a pleasure to know - and our cats like them, too!

My water heater was leaking. I called for emergency service. He offered to walk me through it or come over. I opted for coming over. He arrived promptly, shut off valves hooked up pump and hose and promptly drained tank. Also helped clean screen on my washer removing silt and connected everything back. He explained everything,was professional and courteous and cleaned up any messes. I would recommend Sullivan plumbing to everyone.

2022: Everyone we worked with was incredibly professional and kind. Don took the time to educate us on plumbing and fully explain our system. He gave us options with estimates at every step. Ended the day with a quick fix and a clear long term plan. HIGHLY recommend this wonderful company.

2025: Sullivan Plumbing saved the day again. They were able to come out quickly when a hot water heater started leaking and not only fixed the issue, but made it better! Kody and Dwayne were very friendly and helpful - and the dog loved them too. Customers for life!

We had a leak we could hear but couldn't see, and Sullivan Plumbing came to the rescue. Megan booked us for a service call the very next day, and Chris and Casey were outstanding. They were professional, friendly, and quickly identified and repaired the broken pipeall within an hour.

we had a great experience. Chris at Sullivan diagnosed the problem with my mom's tankless water heater but just to confirm he faced timed with the factory rep while on site and they confirmed his diagnosis. Once the part arrived, Chris got the unit up and running and the total cost was less than the estimate if you can believe that. Knowledgeable, efficient and honest describes our experience with Sullivan.

Great guys, that were efficient courteous and quick. Got to the problem and advised replacement foe very old sewer drain.

Sullivan Plumbing has saved us so many times. Last week they installed a sump pump in our crawl space and routed it to the existing storm water drain pipe at our property line. They worked very hard digging a trench and a hole for the sump pump. Very professional, courteous and made sure they didnt leave without asking if we had any questions. They even coordinated with an electrical contractor who was unable to dig around the hard, impacted soil outside to place grounding rods. Such great service and attention to detail Kody noticed a leaky pipe in the crawl space and came back today to fix it. My water karma is restored with Sullivan Plumbing!

My sewer line had a root ball causing a back up into the house. Sullivan responded the same day I called and tried all they could to get the problem cleared from removing my toilet. Unfortunately it could not done. They put in a sewer line clean out and got the root ball cleared out and my line flowing again. They did it all in a timely manner. I can't complain about the price as everything is expensive now days. If I have to call a plumber again SULLIVAN is my first call.

Andrew and Casey came out and fixed my disposal - they called prior, arrived on time and were professional, knowledgable and respectful. If I have future needs, I'm calling NOBODY else.

They showed up on time and diagnosed my issue quickly. The problem was resolved so quickly that I was only charged their show up fee.

Pete and team are the best plumbers in Bellingham. I live in the county and have a weird storm drain that was flooding late at night. Pete showed up fast, unplugged the drain and prevented my ADA ramp from flooding worse. On a separate occasion, Sulivans did an expert and very fairly priced heat pump water heater install. I appreciate their fair and transparent pricing.

Kody investigated what we suspected the problem was and got the job done. He was very thorough and polite. We will definitely be calling him again if we need plumbing services. Thank you.

Nick from Sullivan plumbing helped us fix our leaking toilet. Next day service, friendly, and professional. Well worth the investment to install a flange, fix the piping, and properly install the new toilet. The bathroom was left cleaner than when he arrived and the attention to detail with the added caulking was unexpected. I will be using their service again.

We now feel like we have a reliable plumber. What a relief! We had our kitchen plumbed for a high-end steam oven we were installing. It required a cold water feed and a waste water drain for steam condensate. Our technician Nick was not familiar with the appliance (few people are!) but familiarized himself with it online ahead of time, and was certainly knowledgeable and competent in the tasks required, and practical in his approach to adapting the installation to our kitchen. They were able to schedule us quickly, and took excellent care of our floors, cabinetry, and clean-up. The system is now working flawlessly. He quoted me a reasonable hourly rate plus parts, and the total came in within the range he had guesstimated at the outset. We are very happy with Nick and with Sullivan Plumbing.

Nick from Sullivans Plumbing was super great to work with. His gentle demeanor was so pleasant while I was frantically in need of someone to run a sewer scope on a home I was trying to buy, so I had little time and needed it done asap. I had called several plumbers and no one who was certified was able to get to the home in the quick timeline I needed. He tried to do it in a way that would save me a little bit of money, but he was up front about the costs as we moved along. By end of day, I had a recording of the scope and a full write up. The gal that set up the appointment was super helpful and kind as well. I know who I will be calling next time I need a plumber! Thanks Sullivans!

Nick was a hero tonight. My wife dropped her wedding ring down the P-trap for the hot water tank in our apartment and we had no access to the actual pipes. Once we called he was here within 45 minutes and very good at communicating what the best options were to retrieve it. It took him 5 minutes to find it with the camera and we had it out of the pipe within 20 minutes. Amazing work and worth every penny. Thank you so much Nick! Nick and Chris to save the day! I woke up to a dead hot water tank that was now leaking everywhere. I called at 10:00 am. They were at my house with a new tank by 11:30, and finished and gone by 3:15pm. Clean, curtious, worked super hard, and honestly left zero trace of them even being there. Great guys and I fully recommend this company to help you out in a crisis.

I had a middle of the night water heater flood and got same day service to replace the heater. Kody taught me a lot about water heater operation and maintenance, and answered all my questions. He and his apprentice were professional, friendly and did the work efficiently.

We recently (last week) had really a water line bust. We got a bid from Gary's Plumbing 1st, because they are closer... but the bid was a shocker- rooskie. My daughter makes a bit more delivering babies! We had Sullivan come out and take a look... .. The Tech/Plumber was Nick. Okay, my husband was in Construction, he still is the hardest worker that I know. Even at retirement, most people's work ethic DOES NOT impress him. Nick's did. And when we got the final bill, it was literally THOUSANDS under what we expected. Nick and his Co-worker had the entire job done HOURS under the anticipated time frame! They even personally dropped off a few tools that we left at the job site.

We needed a sewer inspection done on a potential home we wanted to buy, Kody came out and walked us through the entire inspection so we knew exactly what we were getting into with buying and remodeling such an old home. He gave us lots of good advice and offered services for the future! He was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable!

We woke up to a strange noise in one part of our house. Husband found that our crawl space was Niagara Falls. We tried to shut the water off at the street, couldn't find it. Called several places but Sullivan came first and FAST. First guy came, dug A LOT MORE THAN USUAL to find our key shut off and shut it off. He left, next guy came and took care of the problem. We were doomsdaying the cost of the whole operation including a section of rotted pipe replacement, new shutoff valve and the emergency service. It wasn't even near the amount I was fearing.
Nice, energetic and capable young men, great at explaining and the whole nightmare was taken care of within 5 hours.
It was a helluva way to wake up but a great day overall.
We'd never had to use an emergency plumber and hope we don't have to call again but IF WE DO, Sullivan Plumbing is our go-to.
(When we mentioned it to a neighbor they said that Sullivan recently went through an owner change and that many of the older crew took retirement at that juncture). THANKS GUYS!!

I had a great experience with Sullivan's Plumbing. They were very responsive and showed up promptly!! The crew was professional, considerate, and made sure everything was done properly without leaving a mess behind. It's clear they take pride in their work and value customer satisfaction. Plumbing issues are NEVER fun, but we feel very fortunate to have met Don Dawson in the midst of a doozy. He is a good and decent human and that goes a LONG ways in our book. And he has assembled a great team as well.

We had a complex plumbing problem arise in a home that houses a young family with 3 kids under the age of 10 - and only one bathroom. Don took us under his wing and saw us through every aspect, coming up with solutions that were rock solid (and creative!) that we feel very confident in.

He was very easy to communicate with, calm, knowledgable, and presented us with options all along the way that took many factors into consideration. He and his team were there when they said they'd be there and worked efficiently. They were mindful of noise, disruption to daily lives and schedules, cost, and came up with designs that were both cost effective and result in easier and more effective maintenance moving forward.

He made sure every step of the way that we were given opportunity to ask questions and be part of the decision making process. He also was welcoming of our desire to inspect the work in progress and made sure we were satisfied with every aspect. Who does that anymore?? It kind of blew us away. If we had questions, he took time to explain.

We had a lot of opportunity to interact with the office staff - and they were fantastic as well! We found each person to be friendly; their communication and responsiveness were first rate.

I cannot say that we look forward to any more plumbing problems, but I can say with all honesty, that we feel very confident in knowing who to call when the next time comes. Cant say enough good about Don and his team. They were lifesavers.
