I have utilized Sala Air Conditioning for many years. I recently had my HVAC system maintenance (heater check) conducted. Benny Martinez was a wonderful specialist. He was, professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He saw a possible issue and found a solution. He provided advice to prevent the issue from recurring or becoming worse. Tony is an excellent tech. He told me things about my A/C that 3 other prior techs did not even disclose to me. My system is working great. He was kind and professional and got tight to work. Also he told about some things to look out for in the future. If I ever have anymore problems or just a filter change this is the company that I will have return.

Technician Tyler arrived early and actually troubleshot my 23 year old mini split with a manual and schematics for my unit. Un-freaking believable. That alone is worth 5stars. He isolated the faulty components and began looking for replacement parts. Within an hour parts were sourced and 2 estimates were e-mailed to me, one for a replacement unit cost and one for repair of the existing unit. Thats way more than you can expect from typical HVAC companies today. SALA has become my go-to for my home HVAC needs.

They wont leave into the job is done. They said he would be there at 9:00 and my door bell rang at 9:00. The keep records of the equipment and thoroughly explains want needs to be done in the future. Yes he was telling me l needed a new hvac system but didnt strong arm me into purchasing a new system. In other words they are not pushy and when he left my house was cozy. Thanks Sala

My heater wasnt working and Tyler was able to come check it out within an hour of my call. Of course, when he got here it was working fine. Air went out overnight and called several places only to be told about 3 to 4 hrs. Already hot at 830 am and have ill mom and animals.Called Sala and they were able to get out here in about 30 mins. Jose was super courteous and knowledgeable. He was very friendly and explained it all..got us going fast.Would use them again and price was fair.
