We support commercial construction needs for both existing properties and new commercial spaces. Renovation services can address interior reconfiguration, workspace updates, common-area improvements, tenant-ready turnover, and phased work, while new construction involves broader planning, coordination, and scheduling. Throughout the process, an assigned project manager oversees communication, scope, scheduling, field coordination, and final closeout. 
We deliver bathroom remodels through a structured process that begins with consultation and scope definition. Together, we evaluate layout possibilities, storage needs, cabinetry, surfaces, flooring, tile, and fixtures before construction. Our in-house bathroom cabinet capability supports better coordination between planning, production, and installation. Flooring costs and scheduling vary according to material, room count, preparation requirements, layout, and finish work. Factors may include square footage, demolition, disposal, subfloor leveling, stair work, tight cuts, transitions, and baseboards. Smaller updates are generally more direct, while larger projects require additional coordination. Material availability and room access can also affect scheduling.

We had a small house fire around Thanksgiving. Insurance dragged their feet every step of the way, the people at Sunstar/Servpro were a godsend, Alicia fought for us every step of the way, she dealt with the insurance company when I couldn't get them to agree to things. If you would like an advocate with the insurance company this is 100% the place for you, their work was outstanding, they use really great subs, and you will be pleased with the work!

Overall they did a pretty good job. There were a couple minor things that needed to be fixed in the end and they were good about coming back to fix them. They took care of me. Alisha Low in the office was great and was really on top of things and walked me through the process when I had questions. Thank you Alisha as you have been really great to work with.

Wow, amazing service from SunStar Construction of St. George. We had a bad water leak in our guest bedroom right before Christmas. The SunStar team from Alicia, who managed the coordination, to Raul and Gomer., who did the reconstruction were professional, efficient, and super nice. They really met our needs in a timely manner and saved our Christmas.

I had an amazing experience with Sunstar from estimate to completion of project for a remodel of our properties. We had experienced flooding coming from our rooftop deck and stairs within 2 years of our twin home build. We received no accountability or response from the original builder. After claims were denied by insurance due to poor workmanship from original builder and multiple attempts to find and seal the leaks we had to start from scratch to get the job done right. Alex and Sam were great to work with! I appreciate them who helped answer my questions or updating with me of the process. Wanda helped me with the questions on the floorings. The guys who helped install the carpet and LVP flooring did a great job! Gabriel and Bill were great at baseboards and finishing them. I appreciate Bill fixing my grout, installing sink and dishwasher. Gabriel was very careful with painting, he even put back my washer and dryer, very appreciative. Bobby is the guy who installed the cabinets and made sure the stain color matches on wood trims. Thank you all for great job!

What a great experience in a rotten situation. Sunstar and Servpro worked together to get my kitchen and pantry back together after a devastating flood from a broken water line inside the wall. They were professional, competent, caring, on time and compassionate. While it did take 3 months, I now have a beautiful new kitchen. Floors, cabinets, counters, everything!!!. Thanks so much .
