Highly recommend. I had Jake and George to my house on separate occasions and they were both very friendly and knowledgeable. It's rare to find a company full of employees that actually care about helping their customers and take pride in their work. I'll never use anyone else!

My appointment was for an 8-9am arrival. Jorge and Michael were waiting outside at 7:55. That's never happened. Then, they were in and out in less time than quoted, and did a great job installing our new water softener system. I will definitely be contacting them for future plumbing issues.

Always friendly, knowledgeable, and on time. Quick to get an appt when you call. Love the annual service agreement for water heater maintenance and the annual house plumbing assessment is included.

Mr.Jorge was very kind didn't take him long at all to do my inspection and get the estimates to me. He was respectful of my home as well. Looking foward to doing bussiness. He respected my property and he's an excellent communicator. I would hire Mr.Cortez for any and every plumbing job I have. Trust me when I tell you Mr.Cortez is your go to for plumbing. Excellent service! We had what we thought might be an urgent issue with our water heater. Fortunately for us, there had been a cancelation on their end, and they were able to send someone over right away. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely call them again!

They did a great job. He was able to remove a hose from the spicket that had been on there for years without hurting the spicket. Very professional and helpful.

The plumber who came out before was either completely incompetent or tried to scam me. He quoted me a cost of $2600 to repair a leaky shower. David Young came out, finished the job in about 20 minutes, and charged me $240. Excellent work!

Paluska got me in much quicker than I expected.

Your guys replaced the sump pump in short amount of time and were able to come sooner than planned. Will like to hear back with a quote regarding my kitchen disposal which may need replacing soon.These two were pleasant to deal with.

Our issue happened later in the afternoon and we were sure we were going to be without water for a day, but Paluska Plumbing was able to get someone out to us quickly and our repair was done in no time! So appreciative of their quick availability and expert repair work!

Booking was easy. They sent Jorge. He was very knowledgeable about plumbing and left my shower better than it was installed! He made lemonade out of lemons and sent individual quotes for all the work I “might” want, no fuss. Thanks, Jorge!

David was very polite, professional and straightforward about everything. David came out and did an analysis of the hot water heater issues and discussed what needs to be done. The part needed to correct the problem is on back order No charge for today. Rescheduled bases on when part will arrive. Great communications and customer service.

Had a 2nd floor shower leaking all the way into the basement. Jorge was able to come out the next day and immediately identified the problem. He was incredibly nice and chill yet professional, and best of all was able to fix the issue immediately. No up-selling or exaggeration of the issue. Would definitely go with Paluska again.

Very professional and timely service. I had Paluska plumbing come out to check our toilet, a possible replacement faucet for a bathtub and water quality. I felt they were honest and didn't push unnecessary repairs and expenses.

Wow! Have to say that Paluska Plumbing has great employees! The plumber came in with his apprentice, and they were very professional. The plumber told me what part on the sink had failed and the steps to fix it! They both were kind and that means a lot to me! They will be the company we call for all of our plumbing needs. Paluska was on the way to our emergency leak within 10 minutes of notifying them on a Saturday afternoon. Prompt and reasonable as far as cost. Would recommend to anyone and probably will never use anyone else!

Paluska Plumbing is amazing. I had my water heater replaced. Starting with Naz who helped me schedule an appointment, she was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The plumbers: Ethan and Cody were professional and so patient explaining things to me so I could understand. They cleaned the area where the water heater is so much that it was cleaner than before they came. It is great I now have a plumbing company I can trust.

The technicians did an excellent job. They redesigned a previously poor installation of a leaking shutoff valve.
It now works perfectly and more conveniently. We are pleased with the job done, they really exceeded our expectations.
