Ross Carmen did an excellent job of recommending the door and windows that were installed at my house. Cesar the installer (Craftsman) made on site recommendations for modifications during installation. We could not be happier with the quality of the door and windows. The energy efficiency during these cold winter days in very noticeable! I would use them again and have already recommended to others.

I had a great experience all around. I got quotes from 5 window companies, and theirs was the best by far. The consultation and measurement was quick and efficient, and they were very transparent with me about pricing and what may or may not make sense for me. Once the windows were in, the installation was done in one day.
In an industry that seems to be centered around pressuring customers and trying to maximize profit, it was a very refreshing experience feeling like they were looking out for me. If/when I do another replacement, Id go to Maryland Windows and Doors immediately without getting quotes elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience using Maryland Windows and Doors- I had my Front door replaced, and the entire process was stress-free thanks to Ross and his team. The price was fair and the work I received was excellent. Caesar, the installer, was professional, timely, and a cool guy to talk to while theres a hole where your front door used to be! In the end the door I received was a much needed upgrade to my home. Glad to have a local business who cares about and is passionate for the craft they specialize in. Highly recommend and will work with again!

I had Ross come out and give me an estimate and he showed me andmy wife all the options for a new front door. He priced out the specific details and was competitively priced. The install went great and the front door looks amazing. Great local company, I had bigger companies come out and they treated you like a number not a customer kind of talking down to you, Ross didnt do that. He listened and he suggested instead of forcing a decision. If you want quality go with Maryland Windows and Doors

Maryland Windows & Doors was phenomenal to work with. The estimate was explained in detail, and we were very happy with the price. Installers showed up on time, we're friendly and considerate. Highly recommend them.
And, by the way, since having our new windows & doors installed from Maryland Windows & Doors, my BGE bill has dropped, because I wasn't losing energy. I went from setting my A/C to 69 to setting it at 72.

The work was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up each day. They replaced 10 windows and a sliding door in just 2 days. The owner is attentive and addressed all our concerns. We needed to replace all the windows in our house, 14 plus a large bathroom window crank style window. The house was built in 1991 so I didnt want to spend an arm and leg since the R-factor of the house is probably lower then todays. I know what Anderson and Pella windows would cost. I didnt really want to sacrifice quality for price, went through that before. This brings me to Maryland Windows and Door. I was very satisfied with the price and quality of the windows. Financially, I couldnt do all the windows at once. They more than willing to do 1/2 dozen or so at a time without hesitation. No fancy sales pitches or buy 3 get 1 free nonsense, because if you know, nothing is free. They were straight to the point. Measured, ordered and installed in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend Maryland Windows and Doors on your next project.

My house was 60 years old and had the original wood windows in it. You know the ones that you have to scrape puddy caulk and paint every couple of years. What a pain. Had 3 company's come out to give estimates. Ross from Maryland Windows and Doors was the only one that showed up on time. Was very professional and offered the best products of the 3. His price was very competitive with one of the company's. The other company was way out of the ball park. I guess all that advertising about your warehouse by the creek is expensive. When the Maryland Windows and Door install crew showed up to do the job they were on time neat in appearance and very professional. Not only did they install 19 Windows in my house but I had them come back in 6 months and replace 4 doors. They have a superior product for a great price and a professional crew to install it. Love the windows and doors. Cut my energy use by about 30% . I would recommend these fine people to anyone.

Maryland Windows and Doors gave me the cheapest quote, but they didn't put me under any pressure to go with them. Their windows carry a lifetime guarantee. They were flexible on timing and always answered my emails. The installer was excellent! He cleaned up after himself and left no mess. I'd use them again.

This review is Long Over Due. On May 1st, 2023 MD Windows and Doors installed 3 entrance and 2 storm doors on our home originally built in 1969. We could not be more pleased.
The last 10 years we have completed major and minor renovations to our home and worked with many contractors. We do our research and dont shop price alone but in the end there was always some challenge.
Ross of MD W&D was the 8th contractor we met with and my husband was blown away at Ross knowledge of the product, process and his easy going personality that we signed on the spot. We never sign on the spot.
The installation was completed by Caesar, a true craftsman. He ensured the doors had proper fitment and gaping was even throughout. If you have ever worked on doors for an older homethis is not an easy, quick process. Caesar was a true pleasure to have in our home, he was always smiling, friendly and showed great respect of our space.
These two men are trustworthy professionals who delivered a great product with high end installation.
There were not ANY challenges, it was easy! We highly recommend working with this team.
