It's a pleasure to write another glowing review for Brad Jessup and Certified Home Remodelers. Brad helped us make our home flexible and functional to meet our goal of aging in place. He helped us enlarge a half bath, transform unused space into beautiful, tranquil areas, and allow us to enjoy our home even more! I always appreciate Brad's professionalism, his way of explaining processes and his invaluable knowledge about how materials perform. If there's ever an issue (rare), Brad fixes it well. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Brad and his team did an amazing job with our home installing new siding. The process of getting new siding started in the spring were Brad came out and gave us an estimate on our home. Brad was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions and concerns with starting a project this large. Brad was very patient until we got all our financing and started the project this fall. Crews came, took off all the old, installed fresh paper on the home, flashed all pipes exiting the home and replaced a couple sheets of OSB the was damaged all in a week! The crew did amazing job with the install, caulking, clean up, I mean truly impressed me and I wish I could use these guys for my jobsite!! I highly recommend Brad and his team for any home project! If you want a local business that takes time to answer all your questions and make sure your home project is done right with care and attention to detail, then Certified Home Remodelers is who you want!

We had Brad and his team handle a major project for us roofing, siding, new porch, and insulation and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Their craftsmanship was top-notch, and the attention to detail truly stood out in every phase of the job.

Certified Home Remodelers performed a complete exterior remodel of our home. This included siding, stone work, soffit, and facia. This job was completed carefully and with great attention to detail. I am completely satisfied with the workmanship and cleanup after.

This is a belated review 7 years late for a new front porch that still pleases me every day.
As far as I am concerned, Brad Jessup is the GOAT of home improvement.
My project was the addition of a covered porch on the front of my home, which truly made it look like a new and different home.
Brad is extremely meticulous and pays incredible attention to even the smallest details. He labors over construction decisions for nuances that I would not have imagined, but for his own obsession with quality as much as mine. He is very easy to work with and treated my home improvement project as if it was his own. His crew and his subcontractors are absolutely top shelf and have their own pride of craftmanship, which is very refreshing.
After 7 years signs of wear and tear are normal. But not for Certified Home Remodelers! Everything still looks new (recent snow photo included).
I'll just add a few words about the subcontractors used by Brad. Everything I said about Brad was true for them too. The concrete contractor did a fantastic job on my stamped concrete porch and walkway. I received many, many compliments on the stamped concrete, which really looks like wood. The masonry contractor did a fantastic job matching stone pieces to fit together like they were custom made.
When it was finished, my wife and I were ecstatic! If you drive by on pleasant afternoons, you might still catch us enjoying a glass of wine with cheese on the porch.
I'm glad I chose the best for my project; I hope you do too.

Brad Jessup is a very friendly, knowledgeable man/contractor. I have been using his company for all my home improvement needs and have never been disappointed. I recently ordered 18 replacement windows for my residence from Certified Home Remodelers. I saw the quality of the work they performed on a neighbor's house and didn't hesitate to trust them with my order. Owner Brad walked me through my options and together we created a mixture of double and triple pane windows based on the sun exposure of each room. I wanted good energy performance ratings within my budget and Brad made it happen. My biggest take-away is there were no surprises throughout the process. The order was placed on time, the measurements were taken as scheduled, the windows arrived within six weeks as promised and installation was flawless thanks to the meticulous crew. If you want to hire an experienced, no-nonsense, reliable remodeling company, this is the place to go.

I have used Brads company, Certified Home Remodelers, since the early 2000s. I have purchased vinyl windows, all types of doors (patio, entry and garage), vinyl siding, window shutters, roofs, and a new bathroom from his company to name a few things. My son has also purchased vinyl windows, doors, a roof, a new kitchen, and a new deck from him. The work done on our homes has always been nothing but excellent. His installer, Neil, is the best. He also gives fair, honest prices. I would never call another company to do my work, only Certified Home Remodelers.

Certified Home Remodelers replaced all of the led base painted windows in our home when we moved in. We were extremely pleased with the finished product. The windows look beautiful and are extremely efficient. The company was easy to work with, very professional and the pricing was reasonable. We would recommend Certified to anyone needing to get any kind of work done to your home.

We found Brad at a Frederick Home Show and were impressed. And he was also recommended by a neighbor who had him work on their home. We followed up and had him install new siding for our home. His prices were reasonable compared to others we talked too. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us select the siding, etc. Installation was very smooth. The installers were professional and addressed any questions, concerns we had. Man neighbors commented how nice our home looked. Overall we were very pleased with the results and highly recommend Brad and Certified Home Remodelers!

Brad worked with us when we had a major house fire in 2020, right before covid. He represented us when dealing with the insurance company and did a great job navigating all of the complicated issues that come up with insurance coverage. We decided to tear the house down and rebuild due to the extent of the damage. Brad was very attentive and detailed oriented the entire build. I would say he was more attentive to the details than we were. House turned out great and has been perfect since move it day in 2022. His attention to detail really showed when a few months after move in day, I noticed he used glossy paint in the bathroom and kitchen. Most builders spray the whole house and don't worry about these little details. I would highly recommend his company!

I contracted with Certified Home Remodelers on several home improvement jobs (new deck, windows and vinyl siding). Workers showed up each day, on time, and put in a full days work. Very happy from start to finish. The owner is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Would definitely use this company again, when needed.

Certified Home Remodelers did an excellent replacement of 11 windows for me. Brad, the owner, was very professional and knowledgeable. Much more so then Window Nation who sent a young sales person that was not as knowledgeable of their product. Brad used the Alside Mezzo window which is an excellent middle of the road product. Neil, the installer, nailed the measurement process and installed them without a hitch. Neil's placement, aluminum wrap, and calking was perfect! I highly recommend Brad and his team for window replacement.

Thankfully, we went with Brad's company. The brickwork, electrical, plumbing, concrete work, carpentry, etc. were extraordinary and the quality was exquisite. Brad Jessup and his company were fantastic! We finally decided to replace the cedar-siding on our house with a more durable, synthetic siding. Brad was very helpful in advising us on various products, etc. , and his crew was excellent; thorough, diligent, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. His company also replaced our deck with new decking (the floor boards) and they were also really great. I had all the windows in my house replaced. Brad was great to work with during the quote process. He gave me several options and didnt try to upsell me on stuff I didnt need.
The install team (Neal) was amazing as well! They put their heart and soul into ensuring that everything was done perfectly!

We worked with Brad from Certified Home Remodelers at the end of last year and were completed satisfied with the work. They replaced our roof, siding, several windows and a porch railing. The work for each part of the project was started on the date promised, even though we had rain during the period the work was done. Brad was communicated clearly with us and made several recommendations, explaining why he made the recommendations, for what should be done. Certified Home Remodelers was very prompt to follow up on a few small minor issues we noticed after the work was complete. Will certainly use them in the future for any more renovation needs.
