Said they would get me out and then stopped returning calls. I will give them credit for helping answer some questions and even considering it. I would have appreciated just being told straight up yes or no. I understood it was a slim chance having a few FTA’s. Ended up using a little known place (ZanesVille Bail Bonds ask for Jason) who met with us in 1 hour and got it done.

I walked into this office desperate uneducated on processes and emotionally a mess- They treated me like a human, worked with me politely and non judgementally on my situation at the time AND when I didn’t meet requirements necessary straight away helped me SAME day to bring my loved one home by any means after bending over backwards to help me get to approval point. This was the easiest most stress free experience. I thought I would have to go downtown and sign my life away.
