Fillings
Modern cavity fillings are available in multiple materials, including resin based composite and traditional metal amalgam. We offer solutions that balance durability, function, and appearance. Composite options are designed to match natural tooth color, while amalgam provides strength for high pressure areas. We select the most appropriate material based on clinical need as clinically needed.
Dental Crowns
Dental crowns are used to protect and restore decayed, fractured, weakened, or worn teeth and improve oral function and appearance. Crowns are available in porcelain, zirconia, porcelain-fused-to-metal, and metal variations for different clinical needs. Treatment involves two visits for preparation and final placement, and crowns last five to fifteen years depending on oral hygiene habits.
Dental Bridges

Zoom Whitening

Veneers
Our porcelain veneer process typically requires three visits to complete from consultation to final bonding. During treatment, thin porcelain shells are fabricated and permanently cemented to the teeth. Veneers can improve teeth that are discolored, chipped, worn, uneven, or spaced apart. With proper care, they generally last five to ten years before replacement becomes necessary.
Invisalign Teen
We provide Invisalign Teen as a discreet orthodontic solution for adolescent patients. The aligners are clear, removable, and tailored to individual treatment needs. This allows teens to enjoy foods such as pizza and popcorn without dietary restrictions. Because aligners are removed during meals, patients avoid damage to brackets or elastic components while maintaining an active school and extracurricular lifestyle.
Oral Extractions
Tooth extraction becomes necessary when a tooth cannot be repaired due to extensive damage or infection. We always consider restorative solutions first, including crowns and fillings, before recommending removal. In cases involving severe periodontal disease or overcrowding, extraction may also be advised. We provide professional care designed to ensure safety, comfort, and clarity throughout the process.
Root Canals
We use root canal therapy to treat teeth that might otherwise require extraction due to infection or extensive decay. The process includes removing the damaged pulp, disinfecting the root canal system, and filling the space with a biocompatible material. Following treatment, a permanent restoration such as a crown helps protect the tooth. With proper care, many treated teeth remain functional for years.

Use to go to aspen (dont) which destroyed my teeth. This is my wifes family dentist and I switched over and never been to a more caring dentist. They care, they dont try to upsell for things not needed im so happy I came here.

Most professional, kind, caring, gentle, and friendly team ever! I had a traumatic experience with a dentist when I was younger and was always petrified to go to the dentist. That all changed when I found Chestnut Green Dental. My son is 5 and loves coming here. They are so good with him and make him feel so comfortable. I highly recommend them.

I'm a new patient to the clinic and had a great experience. The dentist and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The new practice is a welcome addition to the Danvers neighborhood. The dentist was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and why. They even had TVs on the ceilingwhich is GENIUS.

I had another procedure done today by Dr. Stearns, and once again, it was an extremely pleasant experience. He always makes sure that you are comfortable, and communicates every step of the process as he goes along. He has an incredible bedside manner, and just makes you feel so relaxed.
